Day of Travel
Shuttle buses will provide transportation for the event. Buses will depart Downright Austin at 4:00 PM and be located at the Hotel Entrance off 11th Street.
If you are local, please consider taking the shuttle! Street parking and lots around The Downright allow convenient park-and-ride.
The Grand Lady has ample parking for guests who are driving to the venue. You may park in the Main Parking Lot.
Guests who are visiting Austin
For out of town guests, we welcome you to fly into Austin Bergstrom International Airport. Rental car and ride-share apps are available to transport you to your accommodations.
If attending auxiliary events like Social at the Blanton or the Kite Festival, please consider using ride shares due to constrained parking.
